We are a growing, professional home improvement company seeking ahighly skilled, customer-focused Service Professional to complete small to mid-size projects while identifying larger opportunities.
This is not a “patch-and-go” handyman role.
Our technicians are trained to:
- Deliver apremium client experience
- Build trust and uncover additional project opportunities
- Increase average job size throughprofessional recommendations
- Complete carpentry, drywall, tile, and general home repairs
- Perform light remodeling and upgrade work
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to confirm scope and expectations
- Follow a structuredon-site process to identify additional work
- Manage time effectively to hit daily production goals
- Deliver clean, professional, high-quality results
Our system is designed to increase your income by:

- 10+ years of paid experience in residential trades (preferred)
- Strong carpentry skills (required)
- Experience in drywall, tile, and general repairs
- Own standard tools of the trade
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workflow
- Valid driver’s license (clean record)
