Brand and Marketing Manager JYSK Bulgaria

As aBrand & Marketing Manager, you will:

• Work closely with national and international stakeholders
• Actively help shaping our brand positioning and campaigns together with your team
• Primarily work from the Head office in Bozhurishte, with limited national and international travel
• Report directly to the Country Director for Romania and Bulgaria, with a matrix reporting line to the Regional Campaign & Media Manager

What can you expect to be doing, day to day?

• You will ensure the implementation of centrally defined marketing activities at both local and national levels.
• You will handle and execute locally bought media
• You will secure local ownership of JYSKs brand identity and positioning
• You will select appropriate media, influencers, and communication channels for locally initiated campaigns
• You will optimize campaigns and negotiate the best possible conditions with external partners
• You will ensure compliance with legal requirements in marketing
• You will support PR and communication activities
• You will professionally manage own team based on JYSK Values and JYSK Leadership

What should you bring:

• Experience in Marketing or Brand Management
• Experience working with stakeholders or managing projects
• A structured and independent way of working
• Creativity and a strong sense for branding and communication
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in both Bulgarian and English
• Willingness to travel
• You have a driver’s license
• Leadership experience is an advantage
