Location: Bangalore (Customer Location)

We are seeking an experiencedSix Sigma professional, Credentialing and CVO operations with a strong background inhealthcare process transformation and operational excellence. The role requires driving end-to-end process improvements, stakeholder alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Requirements:

·Experience: 6-8 years of overall experience in process excellence/quality management and credentialing.

·Domain Expertise: Proven track record inhealthcare projects, preferably including payer/provider operations

·Six Sigma Certification: CertifiedSix Sigma Black Belt (not mandate)

· Experience withcredentialing, certification, or learning and development operations

Core Skills & Responsibilities:

· Leadprocess improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV)

· Expertise inprocess mapping, re-engineering, and process design to drive efficiency and quality

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, implement solutions, and monitor outcomes

· Strongstakeholder management with the ability to engage senior leadership and global clients

· Experience working withUS-based stakeholders/teams, ensuring alignment with compliance and operational standards

· Solid understanding ofcredentialing and verification processes within healthcare

· Exposure in RCM

· Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement culture
