Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital solutions using Sitecore XP/XM.
• Lead the implementation of Sitecore Headless and JSS architectures with ReactJS and Next.js front ends.
• Develop scalable backend services using ASP.NET Core and .NET Core.
• Create and consume GraphQL and REST APIs to support front-end applications.
• Implement Sitecore SXA, content modeling, personalization, analytics, and marketing capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to Sitecore Helix principles and development best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support deployment and release activities.
• Drive performance optimization, security, and scalability improvements across applications.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Sitecore XP/XM implementations.
• Experience with Sitecore Headless architecture, JSS, and SXA.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and API development.
• Hands-on ReactJS and Next.js development experience.
• Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, and Sitecore integrations.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Sitecore Certification (Developer/Professional).
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of Sitecore Content Hub and XM Cloud.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Exposure to containerization and cloud-native architectures.
