- 7+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to production systems and 24×7 support environments.
- Solid understanding and hands‐on experience withSite Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles andDevOps practices.
- Extensive experience supportinglarge‐scale eCommerce platforms with high availability and high transaction volumes.
- Strong experience inincident management,L1/L2 production support,root cause analysis (RCA), and complex production troubleshooting.
- Hands‐on experience withmonitoring and observability tools, includingNew Relic (APM, alerts, dashboards, performance monitoring) andSplunk; experience with additional monitoring tools is a plus.
- Working knowledge ofAngular applications from an operational, monitoring, and troubleshooting perspective.
- Experience withCouchDB / Couchbase or otherNoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding ofLinux systems,networking fundamentals, andapplication runtime diagnostics.
- Strong expertise inprogramming languages and scripting, with hands‐on experience supporting automation, operational tooling, and backend troubleshooting.
