Site Reliability Engineer III

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work within the SRE - Insights team, focusing on monitoring, telemetry, and observability across mission-critical platforms. You will design, build, and evolve systems that ensure our applications are measurable, reliable, and self-healing, while enabling engineering teams to quickly detect, diagnose, and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• 5 years of experience in developing monitoring, telemetry, and observability tools
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Understanding of cloud-native workloads, including serverless, containers, and managed services
• Expertise with modern observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK Stack, Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace, Datadog, and OpenTelemetry
• Prior work experience in the client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Passion for metrics, distributed tracing, logging pipelines, SLIs/SLOs, and platform reliability
• Experience partnering with development teams to build world-class observability practices
• In-depth understanding of metrics, logs, and tracing

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve systems for application reliability and observability
• Collaborate with engineering teams to quickly detect, diagnose, and resolve issues
• Implement and maintain monitoring, telemetry, and observability tools
