Detailed Job Description: Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for critical business services. Drive availability, performance, scalability, and resilience improvements. Conduct incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis RCA. Implement reliability best practices and error budget based operations. Design, implement, and maintain end to end monitoring and observability solutions. Develop dashboards, alerts, and health indicators for applications and infrastructure
