About The Client:
An American multinational computer software company incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in San Jose, California. They specialize in software for creating and publishing a wide range of content, including graphics, photography, illustration, animation, multimedia/video, motion pictures, and print.
Essential Job Functions:
- Handling L1 Security tickets for DBRE team.
- Attending Access related queries.
- Create DBs and Managing Insertion, deletion operation.
- Running DB queries which involves minimal engagement.
- DB Schema changes.
- Handling Data gathering requests.
- Handling low level environment issues.
- Incident handling.
- Dashboard creations.
- Quick fix/ Patch fixing.
- Documentation.
- SOP creation.
- Alert modification and threshold management.
- Back up monitoring.
- Restoration activities.
- Ticket monitoring for respective support area and communicate with customer for additional information and status update.
- Responsible for triaging and solving of production issues and updating the tickets to the stakeholders by adhering to the SLAs.
- Work on resolution of tickets as per priority and perform requests, recovery, data fix etc.
- Problem Management.
- Maintain all relevant documentation.
- Jira queue monitoring, create and update tickets with resolution details, categorization.
- Responsible for updating the tickets/ addressing any escalations and sharing the progress with the end users.
- Keep updated on support process knowledge and overall adherence to SLA and metrics.
- Perform initial troubleshooting, do analysis, resolve customer’s concerns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years.
