Key Responsibilities

- Implement frameworks to measure and enhance service reliability.
- Influence senior leadership on funding and measuring reliability improvements.
- Promote an engineering-focused approach to reliability over traditional support.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading SRE transformations in large enterprises.
- Experience with implementing service level objectives and error budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to reduce incidents and operational toil.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex environments.
