The Opportunity
SEE Civil has opportunities Civil Engineers - from Site to Project and Senior Project Engineers to join our growing team across the Sunshine Coast region for project work. As a certified “Great Place to Work”, we offer more than just a job - we offer the opportunity to build your career on impactful projects while working alongside experienced industry leaders. In these roles, you’ll be at the heart of project delivery.
From planning and coordinating key construction activities to monitoring technical performance on site, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring projects run safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. You’ll take ownership of quality assurance, project administration and financial reporting, while working closely with site teams to keep programs on track and milestones achieved.

Responsibilities will includeÂ- Ensuring effective programming and construction methodologiesÂ
- Project administration, planning and schedulingÂ
- Assisting in meeting project milestones and ensuring project complianceÂ
- Conducting quality assuranceÂ
- Financial reporting and forecasting;Â
- Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.Â
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)Â
- Construction White CardÂ
- Previous experience in Engineering in Civil ConstructionÂ
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on prioritiesÂ
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationshipsÂ
- Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applicationsÂ
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence othersÂ
