Job Duties:Reception, mail, hospitality (kitchen supplies stock & inventory, conf room maintenance) Office supply inventory / ordering. Light scanning and copy. Previous reception experience; Customer service oriented; strong written and verbal communication skills; works well independently. Some knowledge of US Government Client mail & accountable mail; previous law form experience a plus.
