Educational Qualification:  Any Graduate

Experience Required: 3-5 Years of Experience

Shift Timings:  General Shift

Work Schedule:  6 Days/week

Specific Skills:  Facility Manager with expertise in soft services and comprehensive knowledge of both technical and soft service operations. Demonstrated hands-on experience with technical equipment and plant preventive maintenance (PPM) programs

What this job involves:

Leading on-site operations

Are you a pro at giving on-site support? Working with a team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property or facility. The Site Lead will be SPOC for FM services andleading a team or vendor group to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned property/facility and ensure that they are maintained at all times. Likewise, you’ll boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. This job will also entail the question “How do I ensure the safety of my colleagues?” You will do this by promoting adherence to health and safety standards. team.

Winning our clients’ trust

As the Site Lead, you’ll be working frequently with clients, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you’ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the clients’ expectations are met each and every time.  You will also be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns.

You are required to build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders &/or client and be comfortable working across all levels.

Keeping an eye on budget and contracts

Do you have a solid background in finance management? As the person in charge, you will take care of the site’s financial operations. Also part of your job is to coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract and at the right cost.

You need to ensure that the site’s financial operations are meeting targets and control requirements. Ensure that all contracts are professionally delivered at the right cost and in line with the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of Ethics

Competent and goal-driven

Do you have three to five years’ experience of managing a facility / property? If so, you will be a perfect fit for the role. Likewise, an experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets may just help you land this job. You’ll also need to be a goal-oriented individual who’s an ace in health and safety requirements, vendor management and facility technical systems management

An understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)

Organised and analytical

We’re looking for a self-motivated and quick-thinking Site Lead who can solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches. Likewise, we’re on the lookout for well-organised leaders who plan tasks in advance and constantly stay ahead of deadlines.

Strong communicator – Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English & local language); also an active listener. Flexible – able to adapt to rapidly changing situations

Engaging and professional

A passion for excellence is what makes a great Site Lead. We’ll need someone who can do more than the bare minimum to meet our clients’ expectations. In this role, you’ll also be working with different kinds of people, so you’ll need to be an expert in handling them professionally. Likewise, you’ll need to effectively manage, train and inspire the team to always do better. You’ll also need to take the time to listen to your people to create better work impact.

Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives & is a team player – able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
