Main Responsibilities
1. Manage the procurement and ordering process for goods or services from selected vendors.
2. Analyze inventory stock levels according to the Company's needs in planning the procurement of main project items and other purchase requests.
3. Analyze comparative purchasing costs from suppliers or vendors.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree inInformation Systems, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.Minimum 6 months of experiencein a relevant role, particularly in managing procurement systems or business information systems.

3. Strongknowledge of procurement processes and ERP system management (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

4. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
