About the Role

The Senior Business Immigration Consultant will manage a portfolio of Singapore immigration matters, providing clients with clear and practical advice throughout the visa application process. The role also involves managing complex cases and escalations, maintaining strong client relationships, and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Singapore immigration applications from initiation through to completion.
• Provide accurate and timely advice on immigration regulations, procedures and policy changes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, applicants and other key stakeholders.
• Anticipate client needs, manage expectations and resolve concerns or escalations appropriately.
• Prepare client communications, reports, fee quotations and application documentation.
• Manage a high-volume caseload independently while meeting agreed deadlines and service-level requirements.
• Prepare accurate, complete and technically compliant immigration applications.
• Maintain clear case records and provide regular progress updates to clients.
• Support timely billing and ensure internal procedures, ethical standards and data privacy requirements are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Share technical knowledge, case insights and updates on Singapore immigration developments.
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Support team projects and other initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in any discipline; qualifications in Law, Legal Services or Human Resources would be advantageous.
• Relevant experience in Singapore immigration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
• Confident working independently and handling client concerns or escalations.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable making sound decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships.
• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
