Introduction:Â Â
We are seeking a Principal Analyst, Supply Chain Planning to lead production planning, customer engagement, and end-to-end supply chain execution across our global semiconductor manufacturing network. You will drive supply-demand alignment, secure revenue commitments, and coordinate cross-functional execution across manufacturing, procurement, material planning, and sales. This role uses data-driven insight and automation to improve planning effectiveness and maximize revenue attainment.
Responsibilities: Â
1.ProductionPlanning&SupplyManagement
- Developandexecutemanufacturingstartplanstosupportrevenue,delivery,andinventoryobjectives.
- Balancecustomerdemand,fabcapacity,materialreadiness,andcycle-timeconstraintstooptimizeproductionoutput.
- Driveweekly,monthly,andquarterlyplanningreviewstoensurealignmentbetweendemand,supply,andbusinessobjectives.
- Identifyandmitigatesupplyrisks,capacitybottlenecks,andexecutiongapsacrossmultipletechnologynodesandmanufacturingsites.
- MonitorkeyplanningKPIsincluding order commit,starts,shipments,backlog,cycletime, OTDandcapacityutilization.
2.CustomerEngagement&RevenueDelivery
- Partnerwithstrategicandhigh-impactcustomerstosecuredemandcommitmentsanddriverevenueattainment.
- Leadsupply planningdiscussions,includingdemandreviews,shipmentrecoveryplans,allocationmanagement,andupsideopportunities.
- Translatecustomerrequirementsintoexecutableproductionplanswhilebalancingoperationalconstraints.
- Drivecross-functionalactionstomaximizequarterlyrevenueperformanceandcustomersatisfaction.
3.Cross-FunctionalSupplyChainLeadership
- Coordinateend-to-endsupplychainexecutionacross:Â ManufacturingOperations,MaterialPlanning,Procurement,DemandPlanning,BusinessUnits,Sales&CustomerTeams,Logistics&Operations
- Leadissueresolutionandescalationmanagementtoensuretimelyexecutionofcriticalbusinesspriorities.
- Drivealignmentonsupplycommitments,materialreadiness,capacityallocation,andshipmentexecutionplans.
- Facilitatedecision-makingthroughstructuredanalyticsandexecutive-levelcommunication.
4.DigitalTransformation&Automation
- Identifyopportunitiestoautomateplanningprocesses,reporting,andanalyticsworkflows.
- CollaboratewithIT,DataEngineering,andDigitalTransformationteamstodeployautomationsolutions.
- Leverageadvancedanalytics,PowerBI,Python,AItools,anddigitaltechnologiestoimproveplanningeffectiveness.
- Championinnovationandcontinuousimprovementwithintheplanningorganization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- 5+ years ofsupply chain experience in a manufacturing environment,including hands-onproduction planning or supply-demand balancing.
- Strong data capability is essential —advanced Excel, Power BI dashboarding, and the ability to analyze large datasets into decision-ready recommendations.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Semiconductor or wafer fab experience, with familiarity in cycle times, WIP management, and multi-site manufacturing networks.
- Prior exposure to execution planning or order commit processes, plus Python or automation skills applied to planning workflows.
- APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or a Master's degree is a plus.
