We are seeking a talented individual to join ourHealth Consulting team atMercer inSingapore. This role will be based in our Singapore office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

TheMercer Singapore Health Consulting team helps clients make informed decisions about their employee health and benefits programmes. You will work with client relationship, operations and technology teams to support projects that improve employee engagement, health outcomes and cost sustainability.

We will count on you to:

• Liaise with clients to collect data in line with project requirements
• Conduct benefits benchmarking, claims analysis, feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analysis to support plan design decisions
• Support Health Consultants and Senior Consultants with new business opportunities and sales channel partners
• Use Mercer Health tools and products effectively to complete project tasks
• Collaborate with colleagues across Marsh McLennan businesses and Mercer teams to develop intellectual capital for webinars, forums, publications and points of view
• Guide and train junior analysts as needed

What you need to have:

• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits, or transferable experience in an in-house HR or benefits role
• Well-developed data cleaning, analysis and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines and contribute both independently and as part of a team
• Analytical mindset with the ability to collate and analyse large amounts of data
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required licences in line with state regulations and Mercer policies
