We are seeking an experienced Tableau/PowerBI and SQL developer to support our Identity and Access Governance (IAG) organization. Identity & access is at the forefront of safeguarding our data and digital identities, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities toinnovate in cybersecurity.You’ll be at the center of this exciting and growing field. 

In this role, you will be a key member of a multi-functional team, creatively designing and delivering data solutions, dashboards, and analytics to extract meaningful insights and recommendations to the IAG organization --ultimately supporting the strategic direction of the team.

Key Responsibilities  

• Support IAG Analysis and Reporting:Build dashboards and reporting solutions to support Identity and Accessgovernance andoperations, decision-making, and end-user resources. Own solutions from discovery through testing, delivery, and support. 

• Automation and Data Collection:Develop and support automated data collection, transformation, refresh, and distribution processes using ETL, scripting, and scheduling tools. 

• Define solutions and make recommendations: Independently translate business requirements and leadershipobjectives into complete reporting and analytics solutions. Improve upon basic requirements,anticipate customer needs,identify data issues, and communicate conclusions and recommendations. 

• Business IntelligenceDevelopment & Analysis: 

• Design and create insightful and user-friendly reports,dashboards and visualizations with a focus on usability, aesthetics, and highlighting critical information. 

• Perform thorough testing and validation of data, reports, and business logic to ensure accuracy, consistency, performance, and security. 

• Develop methods toidentify data anomalies and broken business rules. 

• Analyze large and complex datasets toidentify patterns and trends, measure performance, and provide actionable recommendations. 

• Respond to ad hoc data requests by extracting, joining, filtering, and summarizing data from multiple sources to support operational and business decision-making. 

• Work regularly with leadership and peers tosolicit ideas fornew solutions, changes to existing solutions, and independentlyidentify and implement improvements. Design, test and vet results with stakeholders and raise awareness to the team when new capabilities are made available. Provide documentation and training as needed. 

• DataSolutions Development: 

• Write, troubleshoot, andoptimize sophisticated SQL queries, data models, extracts, and data transformations to improve performance and scalability. 

• Retrieve data from sources such as databases, usage logs, SharePoint lists, surveys, and web analytics. Perform ETL and data transformation tasks to form useful composite views. 

• Design and develop SQL Server tables, views, stored procedures, and indexes. Use execution plans and other diagnostic tools to improve performance and accuracy. 

• Create andmaintain SharePoint lists or custom solutions to interact with end-usersor to provide automation solutions using tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate. 

• Own Quality and Performance:Complete careful self-review and troubleshoot issues across SQL, Tableau/PowerBI, extracts, calculations, and dashboards.  

• Build strong relationships with peers,leadership and other collaborators. We have a global workforce, and you will have the opportunity to work directly with team members from around the world. 

Qualifications&Skills: 

• Technicalproficienciesrequired: 

• Microsoft SQL Server – database design, tables, views, indexes, stored procedures, execution plans, and query performance optimization. Ability to write, troubleshoot, andoptimizevery complex queries and data transformations. 

• Strong hands-on Tableau and/orPowerBI development and performance optimization skills. 

• Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) 

• Experience working withvery large datasets andoptimizing performance in both SQL and Tableau. 

• Experience with ETL and data transformation processes. 

• Experience using AI-assisted tools to support research, development, troubleshooting, or documentation whilevalidating the results. 

• Personal attributesrequired: 

• Exceptional attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach toidentifying and mitigating risks. 

• Skilled in analytical thinking and problem-solving; comfortable working with numbers, statistics, and large datasets. 

• Quick learner, able to adopt new tools and leverage insights to make data-driven decisions and sound recommendations to both peers and leadership. 

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. 

• Outstanding communicator, able to explain ideas or concepts clearly. 

• Ability to work independently, tackle ambiguous projects, and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, all while meeting commitments. 

• Cooperative and inclusive with a positive demeanor, well-suited for working across geographical and organizational cultures. 

• Preference given to candidates whopossess the following: 

• AdvancedMicrosoft Excelskills 

• Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate & Power Apps 

• Snowflake 

• PowerShell andActiveBatch, or similar scripting and workload-scheduling tools 

• Experience in data science and machine learning 

• Python or other coding or scripting experience 
   

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or relatedfield. 

• 8+ years of experience in related discipline.
