Chef de Partie (Continental Cuisine - Hot & Cold) | VIP Family

Apt Resources is seeking askilled culinary professional at Chef de Partie (CDP) level, specializing inContinental Cuisine – Hot & Cold, to join the private culinary team of aVIP Family in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Continental dishes while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation in a private and luxurious household setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety ofContinental hot and cold dishes according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
• Handle the assignedhot and cold kitchen sections and ensure smooth food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, salads, cold appetizers, soups, and main courses as required.
• Maintain high standards offood quality, taste, freshness, and presentation.
• Maintain stricthygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and availability of ingredients.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to prepare daily menus and special meals.
• Adapt dishes and preparation methods according to the family's specific preferences and requirements.

• Proven experienceat Chef de Partie (CDP) level with strong experience inContinental Cuisine – Hot & Cold.
• Strong knowledge ofContinental cooking techniques and hot and cold food preparation.
• Experience in aluxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, private household, or VIP environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge offood hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.
• Professionalism, discretion, reliability, and flexibility are essential.
• Can attend a1-day trial in Abu Dhabi, UAE, if required.

Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 plus accommodation, and all other benefits as per UAE labour laws.
