  • Provide deep technical consultation and technology education to customers, influencing adoption of Cadence SI/PI, EM, and RF/Microwave technologies.
  • Partner with internal teams to guide product positioning, technical campaigns, and customer success initiatives.
  • Support customer designs involving high-speed digital systems, RF/microwave circuits, passive structures, antennas, filters, matching networks, and EM modeling workflows.
  • Own and execute technical events, workshops, webinars, and demonstrations showcasing Cadence technology leadership. Partner with customers to endorse Cadence solutions in industry forums and establish trusted technical relationships.
  • Narrow down complex customer issues into actionable tool enhancements or defects for R&D resolution. Partner with Business Units to improve product quality through code-bash and validation activities.
  • Build strong relationships with worldwide teams to support customer requirements and mentor junior team members.
  • Create customer engagement plans, define success criteria, track technical campaigns, and develop methodologies, white papers, technical articles, and customer-facing collateral.
