Shorex staff

Responsibilities:

·       Operating the shore excursions desk.

·       To promote, explain, and sell excursion to the guests.

·       To handle the queries and complaints of the guests.

·       To achieve sales targets.

·       Checking tour ratings for quality assurance.

·       Communicating with the onshore office.

·       Maintain good Public relations onboard.

·       To deliver port lecture and public announcement.

·       Monitoring and managing the customer journey.

·       Coordinating on Shorex revenue activities to ensure maximum income.

·       Should be flexible with working hours onboard the ship as required.

·       Willing to assist in the Ground handling operations shore side in the terminal as and when required.
