Shipping/Receiving Clerk II
 
Primary Location: Ontario
 
 
 
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for aShipping/Receiving Clerk II for our premier client inOntario.
              
 
 
Education and Experience:
 
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years' experience with International shipping and Commercial Invoices is a plus
  • 1+ years' experience in fulfillment operations
 
 
 
Knowledge and Skills:
 
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
  • Create international invoices using the Global Trade Management System and send them to Global Trade Compliance for approval
  • Use the system to ensure that all items have valid part numbers
  • Build skids for larger, freight shipments
 
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Affix proper paperwork to each package in preparation for international shipping
  • Track and manage incoming deliveries, notifying customers and delivering packages to customers' desks, if required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
