What you’ll Do:

The Shipping & Receiving is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and shipping materials and products in a warehouse environment. This position ensures accurate inventory control, timely shipments, and compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and report discrepancies.
• Accurately enter receiving and shipping information into inventory management systems.
• Prepare products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and assists with physical inventories.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using inventory control systems, scanners, and shipping software is a plus.
• Ability to read, understand, and complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanning equipment.
