Job Description:
The candidate is responsible for managing domestic and international shipping operations, freight logistics, dock activities, and customer communications. This role ensures the accurate and timely movement of materials, products, and documents while maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Logistics
- Process and coordinate UPS domestic and international shipments, including preparation of shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and tracking information.
- Arrange and manage freight shipments through approved carriers, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve transportation or delivery issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, import/export requirements, and company policies.
- Receiving & Dock OperationsÂ
Driving: No (but candidate will need to have a valid driver’s license) Dress Code: Business Casual
