We’re looking for an organized and dependableShipper to join our growing fulfillment team! This role plays a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, efficiently, and on time — every time.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare prescriptions and other pharmacy products for shipment.

• Accurately label and process outgoing orders usingFedEx Webservices,Canada Post Desktop, and other shipping platforms.

• Verify order accuracy, track shipments, and update order statuses in internal systems.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

• Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and restocking supplies.

• FollowRequired Operating Procedures (ROPs) andStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Collaborate closely with the Fulfillment team to meet daily shipping targets.

• Communicate with couriers and internal departments to resolve shipping issues or delays.

• Ensure compliance withprivacy, safety, and confidentiality regulations.

What You Bring

• Experience in shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse operations (pharmacy or healthcare experience an asset).

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in afast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

• Intermediate proficiency inG-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

• Familiarity with shipping software (FedEx, Canada Post) preferred.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependability and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs as needed.

Additional Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may include occasional weekends)

• Work Location: PartnershipRX, Surrey, BC

• Start Date: ASAP

• Closing Date: Open until the right candidate is found
