WhatYou’ll DoÂ
As aLogistics Guide,you’ll be the heartbeat of the client experience — monitoring shipments in motion, resolving issues in real time, andproviding expert guidance on the best shipping solutions for each situation.You’ll work alongside an incredible team and under the mentorship of aSquad Leader, serving clients who are advancing global healthcare.Â
- Own the client experience:Â
Be the first point of contact for clients — by email, phone, and portal — to ensure every shipment moves smoothly from pickup to delivery.Â
- Deliver fast,accurate solutions:Â
Recommend the right service level based on urgency, temperature, and risk. Act fast when problems arise — coordinate with carriers and internal partners to keep shipments on track.Â
- Monitor shipments in real time:Â
Track every movement,anticipate potential delays, and communicate updates before clients ask.Â
- Master the details:Â
Review domestic and international documents for accuracy, compliance, and customs readiness.Â
- Use smart tools:Â
Work in our internalTransportation Management System, andMercury CRM to keep data clean, organized, and actionable.Â
- Collaborate & improve:Â
Partner with teammates, carriers, and the operations leadership toidentify better processes andeliminate friction for clients.Â

Who You AreÂ
You’re resourceful, confident, and thrive under pressure. You love to solve problems, work with people, and find satisfaction in seeing your shipments arrive right and on time.You’re motivated by ownership — and youdon’t wait for someone else to fix things.Â
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceÂ
- 1–3 years of experience inlogistics, customer support, or operations (healthcare or life sciences a plus)Â
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under tight deadlinesÂ
- Proactive problem-solver with a high sense of urgency and accountabilityÂ
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems in a startup environmentÂ
- Positive, team-oriented, and driven to continuously improveÂ
