Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading a team of crew members. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient working environment.

Job Responsibilities
* Supervise and train crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Manage cash handling procedures, including till reconciliation, deposits, and safe management.
* Monitor food preparation, cooking, and holding procedures to ensure product quality and food safety standards are consistently met.
* Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving for customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and ordering supplies.
* Perform opening and closing duties as required, including equipment setup and breakdown.
* Delegate tasks effectively to crew members and ensure timely completion.
* Enforce all company policies and procedures, including those related to employee conduct and safety.
* Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance issues, or incidents to management.

Job Qualifications


* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus.
