Job Qualifications
One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements
MUST BE MINIMUM 21 YEARS OF AGE. REGULAR FULL TIME POSITION, WORKING 36 TO 40 HRS PER WEEK, ROTATING SCHEDULE OF STORE OPERATING HOURS, MEDICAL/DENTAL BENEFITS & 401K ARE AVAILABLE. SICK LEAVE AND VACATION LEAVE ACCURAL AND RETIREMENT FUND. INTERVIEWS COMMENCE 5 DAYS AFTER JOB POSTING DATE AND HIRING MAY OCCUR BEFORE JOB CLOSE-OUT DATE. Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations.Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
