We're looking for motivated, customer-focused Shift Managers to join our Little Caesars team across Oahu. As a Shift Manager, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, deliver outstanding guest service, and create a positive, high-performing work environment.

What You'll Do

As a Shift Manager, you will support restaurant leadership by:

• Leading and directing Team Members during assigned shifts
• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns professionally
• Ensuring product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained
• Supervising food preparation, production, and service execution
• Opening and closing the restaurant according to company standards
• Managing cash handling, deposits, and daily shift reporting
• Monitoring labor, productivity, and operational performance during shifts
• Training, coaching, and developing Team Members
• Promoting a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
• Maintaining compliance with company policies and local health regulations
• Assisting with inventory management, receiving deliveries, and stocking
• Supporting hiring, onboarding, and team development efforts as directed
• Performing other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Current TB clearance as required by State of Hawaii regulations
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• One or more years of restaurant, food service, retail, or customer service experience
• Prior experience leading, coaching, or supervising employees preferred
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Basic math, cash handling, and computer skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a shift
• Ability to safely handle and prepare food products
• Ability to distinguish products by appearance, smell, and taste as necessary to perform essential job functions
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous shift lead, supervisor, assistant manager, or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience with scheduling, cash management, inventory, and food safety practices
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, tablets, smartphones, and basic business software
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, and customer service best practices
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification as required
