Logistics Coordinator - Saudi National

Trans Industrial is a multinational organization that has been in operation for over three decades. The head office is located in Dubai with subsidiary operations at various locations, covering markets in Africa, Middle East, Subcontinent and South East Asia.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the efficient transportation, distribution, and delivery of goods. This role ensures timely shipments, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Arrange transportation, shipment, and delivery schedules
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation
• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or losses
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Desired: Certification in Supply Chain Management

• Bachelor's degree / High School Diploma in a relevant field;
• Familiarity with Outlook, MS Words, PowerPoint and Excel knowledge;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
