Der Bereich Human Resources am Standort Amstetten sucht einen erfahrenen Personalreferenten / HR-Businesspartner (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Personalbetreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Themen innerhalb der definierten Betreuungsbereiche
• Beratung der Fachbereiche in operativen HR-Fragestellungen
• Durchführung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses
• Unterstützung bei Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
• Mitwirkung bei HR-Projekten und Sonderthemen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der HR-Prozesse
• Durchführung der Personalplanung
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken (HR-Reporting)
• Aktives Fehlzeitenmanagement und betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement
• Koordination und interne Organisation von Arbeitnehmerüberlassung

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR-Management oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bei entsprechender Qualifikation, idealerweise mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
• Ausgeprägte und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten mit strukturierter, lösungsorientierter sowie sorgfältiger Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägten Teamplayer-Kompetenzen
• Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit dem Betriebsrat
• Außerordentliches Engagement und Leistungsvermögen
• Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität runden Ihr Profil ab  
• Sehr guter Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel sowie Kenntnisse in Workday/SAP/R3 vorteilhaft
