Job Title: SharePoint & Power Platform Architect

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid / Onsite preferred)
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)

Role Overview

We are seeking asenior SharePoint & Power Platform Architect to lead thearchitecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise acrossPower Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online, with strong architectural governance and stakeholder-facing experience.

Candidates withAzure OpenAI / Copilot / AI integration experience are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadend-to-end architecture and design of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and definesolution architecture and technical designs

• Designscalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solutions following Microsoft best practices

• Performarchitectural reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments

• DrivePower Platform governance, environment strategy, andsolution deployment / CI-CD

• Design and manageDataverse data models, security roles, and access controls

• Develop and overseePower Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows

• Build reusable components usingPower Apps Component Framework (PCF) withTypeScript and ReactJS

• Architect and develop solutions usingSharePoint Online (M365)

• ImplementSPFx and PnP web parts and leverage SharePoint out-of-the-box capabilities

• Stay current with Power Platform roadmap and recommendcontinuous improvements and best practices

Secondary Responsibilities

• Design and manageintegrations with third-party systems

• Install, configure, and manageOn-premises Data Gateways

• Supportdata migration and legacy system modernization

• Reviewbusiness blueprints, design specifications, and UAT plans

• Participate incutover and go-live activities

• Work withAzure services including Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure AD

Required Skills & Competencies

• Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI

• Dataverse: Tables, security roles, environments, solutions

• SharePoint Online (M365): OOTB features, SPFx, PnP

• PCF Development: TypeScript, ReactJS

• CI/CD & Governance: Power Platform ALM, solution deployment strategies

• Strong experience inenterprise architecture and design leadership

Good to Have

• Azure OpenAI / Copilot / AI integration experience

• Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Azurecertifications

• Experience working inlarge enterprise environments
