SharePoint & Excel Business Process Analyst

PGS Worldwide is seeking aSharePoint & Excel Business Process Analyst in Denver, Colorado for an approximately six-month onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will develop and maintain a multi-user SharePoint site while creating advanced Excel tools, dashboards, reports, and metrics used to support program operations.

Required Skills

• Experience developing and maintainingSharePoint sites.
• Ability to organize SharePoint content for intuitive navigation and document management.
• Experience managing user access and permissions within SharePoint.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• 2+ years of experience developing Excel-based tools and reporting solutions.
• Experience creatingPivotTables.
• Experience developingExcel macros.
• Experience creating dashboards.
• Ability to build graphs, tables, metrics, and statistical reports.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize programmatic documentation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain a SharePoint site used by multiple program users.
• Organize program documents and information for efficient navigation and retrieval.
• Maintain appropriate SharePoint access for authorized users.
• Develop Excel-based dashboards and reporting tools.
• Create and maintain PivotTables and macros.
• Build graphs, tables, metrics, and statistical reports.
• Support program teams with data organization, reporting, and information management.
• Improve the usability and organization of program information across SharePoint and Excel.

Work Schedule / Shift

• Full-time onsite at theJamaica Campus in Denver, Colorado.
• 40 hours per week.
• No required overtime is currently specified.

Pay

• $38.03 per hour.
