KeyResponsibilities

• Leadtheend-to-enddeliveryofcomplexglobaloncologyclinicalstudiesandprograms,ensuringquality,timelines,budgets,andcustomersatisfaction.
• Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforsponsorsandstakeholders,buildingstrongclientrelationshipsandmanagingexpectationsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
• Drivecross-functionalglobalteamstoachievestudymilestones,proactivelyidentifyandmitigaterisks,andresolveoperationalchallenges.
• Leadcomplexmultinationalandmulti-regionalclinicaltrials(MRCTs),ensuringsuccessfulexecutionacrossregionsincludingChina,theUS,andEurope.
• Influenceanddriveresultsacrossaglobalmatrixorganizationwithoutdirectreportingauthority.
• Supportbusinessdevelopmentactivities,includingRFPresponses,biddefenses,clientpresentations,andstrategicaccountgrowthinitiatives.
• Partnerwithsponsorstounderstanddevelopmentstrategiesanddelivertailoredprojectsolutions.
• Contributetoclientretention,expansion,andnewbusinessopportunities.

Requirements

• 10+yearsofprojectmanagementexperiencewithinCRO,pharmaceutical,orbiotechnologyorganizations,including7+yearsindependentlyleadingglobalclinicalprojects/programs.
• Strongoncologyclinicaltrialexperienceisrequired.
• ProventrackrecordservingasaProjectLead(PL)forcomplexglobalandmulti-regionalclinicalstudies(MRCTs).
• FluentinEnglishandMandarin.
