Job Description
Wipro is looking for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Tester with strong expertise in PWA Kit and eCommerce application testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefronts and headless commerce implementations built using PWA Kit.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing of eCommerce platforms.
- Validate storefront functionality developed using PWA Kit and headless commerce architecture.
- Test key eCommerce features including product catalog, search, cart, checkout, promotions, customer accounts, and order management.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and solution architects to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Execute API testing and validate integrations between SFCC and third-party systems.
- Support test automation initiatives using industry-standard automation tools.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the SDLC.
- 6+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/B2C Commerce/Demandware).
- Experience testing PWA Kit-based storefronts and headless commerce applications.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and customer journeys.
- Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
- Knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman or similar.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Exposure to React.js-based applications and modern web technologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise eCommerce environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Immediate to 30 days preferred.
