Test Strategy & Execution
- Lead test strategy definition and planning for multi-release programs
- Design, review, and execute test cases (manual, exploratory, regression, and automation-supported)
- Identify critical test scenarios aligned to ecommerce user journeys
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
- Validate React-based UI components and composable storefront architecture
- Test CMS-driven content rendering and content model integrations
- Perform end-to-end validation of ecommerce flows (PDP, cart, checkout)
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices
- Validate integrations across commerce, CMS, and backend systems
- Drive defect identification, triage, and prioritization processes
- Lead root cause analysis and define repeatable defect reproduction steps
- Ensure closure of production defects and validation post-deployment
- Identify gaps in test coverage and implement improvements
- Analyze post-release quality metrics and enhance QA practices
- Contribute to automation frameworks and improved test coverage
- Maintain and enhance automated test suites where applicable
- Drive adoption of efficient testing tools and methodologies
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives)
- Partner with developers during desk checks and sprint validation
- Define quality benchmarks and risk assessment frameworks
- Create and monitor dashboards for release readiness and QA metrics
- Provide technical guidance to QA team members
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams
