SFCC & E-Commerce QA

• Analyze business requirements and create effective test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for SFCC applications.
• Validate critical eCommerce functionalities, including Product Listing Pages (PLP), Product Detail Pages (PDP), Search & Navigation, Shopping Cart, Checkout & Payments, Promotions & Discounts, Order Management, and Customer Accounts.
• Execute end-to-end testing of customer purchase journeys.
• Test integrations with third-party systems such as Payment Gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, and Shipping Providers.
• Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Support test automation efforts and regression test execution.
• Participate in sprint planning, QA estimations, and release sign-offs.
