Your Day-to-Day:

• Conduct data analysis and market/industry research to support strategic decision-making
• Develop strategic initiatives, translate them into actionable execution plans, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution
• Monitor and track the implementation of key projects and company-wide initiatives
• Evaluate outcomes, identify gaps, and continuously refine strategies to improve performance
• Execute strategic priorities across multiple functions and business units

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant strategy/operations role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
