Your Day-to-Day
As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, providing professional skin/hair/body analysis and recommend suitable range of aesthetic treatments and products to customers. You will be responsible for driving sales through expert product knowledge and creating a welcoming and engaging experience. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and maintaining high standards of service in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty consultations and recommend suitable products and services based on client needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective product demonstrations and client engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, promotions, and beauty trends.
• Manage client enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and in-clinic communication
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Work closely with doctors, therapists and the clinic team to provide a seamless client experience.
  
  Who We’re Looking For
  
• 1+ year experience in aesthetic, beauty, medical aesthetics, skincare
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for aesthetic treatments or skincare.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
• Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Customer-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
