Job Title: ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect and subject-matter expert to lead the functional and technical architecture, development, implementation, and ongoing support of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance capabilities. The role will work closely with IT, Security, process owners, and technical SMEs to design and enhance security workflows, integrations, dashboards, reporting, and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional and technical subject-matter expert and platform architect for ServiceNow, Vulnerability Response, and Configuration Compliance.
- Lead the development, implementation, and sustained support of multiple ServiceNow products and capabilities.
- Partner with process owners, functional teams, technical SMEs, IT, Security, and other stakeholders to implement and enhance platform capabilities.
- Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance solutions.
- Design, implement, and support runbooks, processes, and procedures for Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance.
- Implement and support dashboards, reports, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Analyze existing security processes and workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, consolidation, automation, and enhancement.
- Provide day-to-day operational support and drive continuous improvement of ServiceNow capabilities.
- Participate in on-call support as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, technical documentation, and reporting.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party security and vulnerability management platforms.
- Support vulnerability and policy compliance data ingestion and processing within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment to deliver platform enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support, and continuous improvement.
- 4+ years of functional and technical experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, and Performance Analytics.
- 4+ years of technical experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB.
- 2+ years of technical experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Strong technical experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, including widgets, server-side scripting, client-side scripting, CSS, HTML, and portal configuration.
- Strong experience implementing ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Required experience implementing third-party integrations with platforms such as Qualys, Tanium, and Veracode to ingest vulnerability and policy compliance scan data.
- In-depth understanding of Vulnerability Management processes and practices.
- Experience implementing REST API integrations with third-party tools.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Workspaces, Analytics, Dashboards, and Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs and development capabilities, including Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Rules/Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules.
- Experience working on Agile development teams.
- Experience with JavaScript, Angular.js, and PowerShell.
- Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical experience with ServiceNow ITSM, GRC, and IT Asset Management.
- Experience with backend SQL Server development.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise security workflows and automation.
- Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow implementations and continuous platform improvement.
- Strong experience troubleshooting ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and security-related processes.
Work Arrangement
- On-call support may be required as needed.
- Agile development environment.
