- Minimum of 7+ years of technology administration.
- Ability to support operations of large ServiceNow implementations.
- Basic knowledge of multiple applications on the platform.
- Ability to script.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work with multiple development teams to provide a fix.
- Ability to write knowledge articles and identify items that can be shifted to the Service Desk for support.
- Ability to maintain foundational data sources such as users, CIs, and locations.
- Strong understanding and adherence to change and release policy best practices.
- Assist in designing governance and administration standards for multiple product teams.
- Experience in scripting.
- Experience in configuration.
- Experience with integrations.
- Proficiency with the Application Development Lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills.
