- Experience integrating ServiceNow with finance, time, HR, and DevOps systems
- Strong understanding of configuration vs customization best practices
Functional & Domain Knowledge
- IT Demand Management and Portfolio Governance
- IT Financial Management, project accounting, CAPEX/OPEX concepts
- Release Management and Change Governance
- Stage-gated delivery models and enterprise PMO processes
Experience
- 10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- 3+ years implementing ServiceNow SPM / ITBM modules
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with governance boards
- Experience supporting post go-live operations and audits
Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM / ITBM
- ITIL certification (preferred)
