Job Description
Engagement: ServiceNow SPO implementation for an East Coast client with EMEA stakeholders
Summary
Lead business requirements and process design for a ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations implementation. You will be the main link between client procurement stakeholders and the technical team.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery and requirements workshops with sourcing and procurement stakeholders
- Document current and future-state source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes
- Write business requirements, functional specs and user stories, and groom the backlog with the delivery team
- Translate requirements into SPO configuration, including catalog, requests, approvals, purchase orders and vendor workflows
- Support design reviews, UAT planning, test scripts and defect triage
- Lead change impact and training input for procurement users
- Report status and risks to the engagement lead
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience in SPO, or in procurement or sourcing modules (Procurement, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Contract Management)
- Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and user story writing
- Procurement domain knowledge (source-to-pay, purchasing, supplier management)
- Experience in an Agile delivery model
- Strong written and verbal communication with executive-level stakeholders
- End-to-end SPO implementation experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Procurement/Sourcing-related certifications
- Experience working across US and EMEA time zones
- Consulting or SI background
