Job Summary:
Mandatory Skills:

Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
ServiceNow SPM Suite
ServiceNow ITBM
JavaScript and Glide scripting
ServiceNow Studio
Business Rules, UI Policies, and Integrations

Key Requirements:

Strong experience with Demand Management, Innovation Management, Project. Portfolio Management (PPM), and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
Experience implementing and configuring PPM, Demand Management, Resource. Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning.
Experience customizing project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards.
Understanding of AI-driven insights and predictive analytics in project planning.
Exposure to SAFe and Agile methodologies.
Ability to design scalable technical architectures following ServiceNow best practices.
