Title: ServiceNow Solution Designer - Security Portfolio
Location: Montvale, NJ
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $65 - $75/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)
ServiceNow Solution Designer - Security Portfolio
Extensive experience designing and supporting ServiceNow modules such as Security Operations and custom security applications. At least 3 years focused on Security Operations implementations
Role Descriptions: ServiceNow Solution Designer Security Portfolio Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders in Security to understand business needs and design scalable and secure solutions on the ServiceNow Security portfolio. Lead the architecture and delivery of ServiceNows security solutions| including Security Operations (SecOps)| Business Continuity Management and custom security applications. Build integrations between ServiceNow Security modules and external security tools| data lakes| and enterprise systems using APIs| MID servers| and iPaaS tools such as Mulesoft. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the security solution lifecycle| including workflow design and automation.Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure Security solutions align with broader platform strategy and security requirements (e.g.| NIST| ISO).Serve as an escalation point for complex Security issues| collaborating with ServiceNow support and internal teams to resolve critical technical challenges. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation| including architecture diagrams and configuration standards specific to Security implementations. Stay current with the ServiceNow platform roadmap and emerging technologies relevant to security operations .Qualifications :Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture| with at least 3 years focused on Security Operations implementations. Extensive experience designing and supporting ServiceNow modules such as Security Operations and custom security applications. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; CIS Security Operations strongly preferred. Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g.| NIST| ISO) and how they map to ServiceNow capabilities. Proven experience supporting ServiceNow solutions from a developer or administrator perspective| including upgrades| integrations| and operational support. Familiarity with interconnected ServiceNow modules and core data structures across the platform. Excellent communication and collaboration skills| with the ability to influence security strategy through technology.
