Job Title:ServiceNow Service Portal Developer
Location:Remote
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: $60-$65/hr on W2/C2C

A strong ServiceNow Service Portal Developer with expertise in AngularJS, widgets, Service Catalog, scripting, REST APIs, and integration with backend systems.
The candidate should build user-centric, high-performing portal solutions aligned with ITIL processes while collaborating effectively with UX, administrators, process owners, and development teams.
Role:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in designing| developing| and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The candidate should possess expertise in ServiceNow platform development| ITSM processes| integrations| scripting| and workflow automation. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders| ServiceNow administrators| and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise solutions.Key Responsibilities Design| develop| and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform. Develop and maintain Business Rules| Client Scripts| UI Policies| UI Actions| Script Includes| and ACLs. Configure and customize Service Catalogs| Record Producers| and Workflows. Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Implement Flow Designer solutions to automate business processes. Support ITSM processes including Incident| Problem| Change| Request| and Knowledge Management. Develop and maintain CMDB-related solutions and data integrations. Perform troubleshooting| debugging| and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards| security policies| and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
