- Bachelors or Equivalent
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
- 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
- Implementation and support experience in ServiceNow PSDS, or CSM.
- Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications to ensure continued operations and scalability.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist - required
