ServiceNow & DocuSign Consultants – E-Signature Implementation
Multiple Anticipated Positions | Chicago Public Schools
Engagement: Anticipated five-year program, contingent upon contract award
Location: Chicago, IL; onsite, hybrid, or remote expectations to be confirmed

Opportunity Overview
DTI is identifying qualified consultants to support our proposal for Chicago Public Schools' Enterprise Electronic Signature Platform initiative, RFP .
The proposed initiative will modernize electronic signature processes, streamline document workflows, strengthen security and governance, and integrate e-signature capabilities with district systems, including ServiceNow.
We are seeking candidates for multiple positions across the following specialties. Candidates may qualify for one or more areas; expertise in all three is not required.
Anticipated Positions and Responsibilities
1. ServiceNow–DocuSign Integration Consultants (Anmol)
- Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and DocuSign.
- Configure document generation, signature routing, notifications, status updates, and retrieval of completed documents.
- Implement secure API connections, authentication, data mapping, error handling, and integration monitoring.
- Support embedded signing and automated exchange of documents and transaction information.
- Develop technical documentation and support integration testing, UAT, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflow and access controls supporting secure electronic signature processes.
- Configure permissions, approval routing, signer and sender authorization, and document visibility.
- Implement audit trails, transaction tracking, exception handling, and reporting.
- Work with district security, compliance, and records management stakeholders to address authentication, confidentiality, retention, and governance requirements.
- Document controls and validate their effectiveness through testing and business review.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows supporting e-signature use cases.
- Build forms, tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and access controls.
- Configure Flow Designer flows, notifications, approvals, and integrations.
- Support document and signature status tracking, reporting, and user experience improvements.
- Perform development testing, resolve defects, and support releases and ongoing enhancements.
- Prior hands-on experience supporting a public school system or K–12 school district is required for every position. Candidates must identify the district, project, responsibilities, and dates.
- Relevant hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, ServiceNow–DocuSign integration, or e-signature controls implementation, aligned with the position sought.
- For ServiceNow Developer positions: 4–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- For integration positions: demonstrated experience connecting ServiceNow and DocuSign using APIs and secure authentication.
- For controls positions: demonstrated experience implementing workflow governance, access controls, approvals, and auditability.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting solutions, conducting testing, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
- Understanding of sensitive student, staff, and district information and the importance of secure document handling.
- Experience with enterprise e-signature deployments across multiple schools or departments.
- Familiarity with district requirements related to FERPA, SOPPA, electronic signature compliance, document retention, and accessibility.
- Experience with SSO/SAML, OAuth 2.0, REST APIs, ServiceNow IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer, as applicable.
- Experience integrating with student information, ERP, contract management, or records management systems.
- Relevant ServiceNow or DocuSign certifications.
- Experience creating support documentation, training materials, and operational handoffs.

Once the work is won, we will reconnect with shortlisted consultants to provide complete project details and a finalized, position-specific job description and confirm mutual interest and availability.
The anticipated program spans five years; individual assignments, schedules, duration, work arrangements, and compensation will be confirmed following award.
