Job Title: ServiceNow Portal Developer
Experience: 6- 7 years

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilledServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ServiceNow development, UI customization, and client-side/server-side scripting to deliver user-friendly and scalable portal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customizeServiceNow Service Portal components.
  • Create and maintainwidgets, themes, pages, and UI components.
  • Develop customclient-side (JavaScript, AngularJS) andserver-side scripts.
  • CustomizeUI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications usingREST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve portal performance and functionality issues.
  • Follow ServiceNow best practices for development, security, and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Provide documentation and support for developed solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience inServiceNow Service Portal development.
  • Proficiency inJavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS.
  • Hands-on experience withServiceNow platform development.
  • Knowledge ofITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience withREST/SOAP integrations.
  • Understanding ofServiceNow security model and ACLs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
