Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Experience: 5–10 Years

Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in both server-side and client-side development on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Service Catalog, workflows, and platform customization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Build and customizeService Catalog items,Record Producers, and workflows.
  • Develop and maintainBusiness Rules,Script Includes,Client Scripts, and other server-side components.
  • Create high-performance and user-friendly web applications within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure all defects are identified, tracked, and resolved before release.
  • Lead development efforts and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Identify risks and communicate concerns proactively to stakeholders.
  • Provide deployment instructions and support release activities.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for all developed functionalities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
    • Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
    • Service Catalog and workflow development
  • Experience in building scalable and high-performance ServiceNow applications.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control.
  • Experience in testing and validating ServiceNow code (ATF preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience withHR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with complex integrations.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
  • Knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, or ITOM modules
  • Exposure to UI Builder / Service Portal customization
