Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform solutions.
- Design and implement ServiceNow Virtual Agent conversations, topics, flows, and integrations.
- Configure and enhance Now Assist / Generative AI capabilities across ServiceNow modules.
- Implement AI-powered automation solutions for ITSM, HRSD, and employee self-service.
- Configure and optimize AI Search capabilities.
- Develop and support Predictive Intelligence solutions for:
- Ticket classification
- Assignment/routing
- Recommendations
- Automated categorization
- Build automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Develop custom applications, Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflows, and automation.
- Develop and maintain:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- ACLs
- Develop and optimize REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications.
- Design conversational AI experiences and self-service workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques for ServiceNow GenAI use cases.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, release management, and instance maintenance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and customization.
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Strong experience with Virtual Agent and conversational AI.
- Experience implementing AI/GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
